Product Overview
Vacuum sealing tape is made of special synthetic rubber as the base adhesive, with the addition of temperature resistant reinforcing and thickening agents and other additives
A prepared viscoelastic tape. Mainly use d for sealing between vacuum bags, vacuum bags, and molds, the product has a temperature resistance range of 120 ℃ -230 ℃ and is suitable for processes such as room temperature vacuum infusion, curing furnaces, and hot press tanks. It is widely used in industries such as aerospace, wind energy, yachts, rail transit, sports equipment, and laminated glass.
Technical indicators
1. Density: not greater than 1.4g/cm3
2. Shear strength: Aluminum/nylon film not less than 0.07Mpa
3. Heat resistance: After 4 hours of treatment, the tape does not scatter, does not crack, and maintains its original thickness.
4. High temperature peel strength: After 3 hours of treatment, its peel strength is less than 1.5Kg/M and it can be peeled off from the metal surface.
