Product Overview
Butyl waterproof sealing tape is a lifelong non curing self-adhesive waterproof sealing tape made from butyl rubber as raw material, mixed with other additives, and processed through advanced technology. It has strong adhesion to various material surfaces, as well as excellent weather resistance, aging resistance, and waterproof properties, and plays a role in sealing, shock absorption, and protection of the adhered surface. This product is completely solvent-free, so it does not shrink and does not emit toxic gases. Due to its lifelong non solidification, it has excellent followability to the thermal expansion, contraction, and mechanical deformation of the adhered surface, making it an extremely advanced waterproof sealing material.
Product performance
1. Temperature range for use: -40-120 ℃ in air medium
2. Heat resistance: Keep in a 120 ℃ oven for 2 hours without significant changes in appearance or shape.
3. Cold resistance: After being maintained in an air medium at -40 ℃ for 2 hours, no cracks will occur.
After aging at 4.120 ℃ for 50 hours, the shear strength is greater than 0.85kg/cm2.
Product Usage
1. The mutual overlap between the color steel plate of the steel roof and the daylighting board, as well as the sealing at the connection of the drainage gutter.
2. Sealing and waterproofing of doors, windows, concrete roofs, and ventilation ducts.
3. Installation of PC board and endurance board.
4. Adhesive and sealing of waterproof film for car doors and windows to resist earthquakes.
5. Single sided tape can also be used for repairing leaking parts such as roofs and carriages.
