Product features
• ASD-02 is a two-component, neutral, room temperature curing, high modulus building silicone sealant. When used, A and B components are mixed in the specified ratio and reacted to cure into an elastic material that is cold resistant, heat-resistant, and corrosion-resistant.
• It has good weather resistance such as ozone resistance and UV resistance, giving it a long service life.
• It has good adhesion and does not require a primer under normal conditions. After curing, it can produce good adhesion to most building materials such as glass, aluminum, steel, etc.
• The A component of this product is white, the B component is black, and the AB component is mixed in a volume ratio of 10:1, resulting in a black color.
Application restrictions
• Do not use ASD-02 silicone sealant in the following situations.
• All materials that have leaked oil, plasticizers, and other liquid organic substances may affect the bonding effect of the sealant.
• When applying glue, if the surface temperature of the material exceeds 50 ° C, it will cause foaming during the curing process of the sealant.
• A place that is humid all year round and regularly receives water.
• Do not use ASD-02 silicone sealant in the following situations.
Storage period
A. Component B should be stored separately in a cool and dry place, with a storage temperature below 27 ° C.
Under these conditions, the storage period of the product is 6 months.
Reminder: Before construction, material compatibility tests must be conducted.
